Journey of a Psalmist

Lately I've been in a seeking mode. I said on my Instagram video that it's like I'm in a cocoon, seeking God anew. The Scripture has come alive as I seek answers about end times and other things in the faith. I realize that my knowledge and understanding of the Scripture isn't enough to really know end-times like I want to. It's not just Revelation, Daniel and a few Old Testament prophets. It's the whole Bible, Genesis, Exodus, the history of Israel, the prophets and the Gospels and epistles.  I want to know what is going on prophetically nowadays and where we are in the grand scheme of things, but I realize I need to know the heart of God for Israel and the world in general and His plan for the world. I can't just jump into the present and future without a strong foundation of what has already happened. I've devoured books, lecture, podcasts and documentaries about the Middle East, Israel, the Early Church, etc. I want to know how we got to where we are...

No matter what happens in my life, throughout different technologies, social medias, websites, blogs, etc. this site always seems to remain. So let's keep this. A blog of my life since 2009. As long as Blogger and Google remain online, this blog will be here, so let's roll with it. Here's an update of where I am now. The last 5 years, I've gotten married and stepped in to raise a family from Brazil, moved to LA, moved back to Portland again, worked at the airport, traveled, moved to Fairview, Oregon and had a baby. That's just a summary. There's a lot. But as of late, I am pursuing music once more. These days it's acoustic, worship, folk, world, and singer-songwriter. Working on new music that hasn't been released even though songs were written 5, 10, 15 years ago. It all comes full circle and I know I can't put these aside and forget about them in the midst of my busy life. Also working on a book about becoming a father in a Brazilian household and ...
